Meet Sun, the Creator

Sharing my journey to clear the noise and reclaim creativity through journaling

I believe we are all born with a creative spark that often gets lost between adulthood and daily responsibilities. My mission is to help you reclaim that space. I don’t believe in productivity for the sake of doing more; I believe in intentional planning so we can be more present, more creative, and more at peace.

For me, creating is how I find my way back to myself. Whether I’m art journaling, painting, or playing piano, these quiet moments are where I reconnect with my center. I want to encourage you to steal back just ten minutes of your day to do the same. Use that time to check in, listen to what you need, and remember that your life is a story worth telling. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey toward a more intentional, creative life. 🤎

I live in the US with my husband of 15 years and our two children. While my professional background is rooted in two Master’s degrees and a career in education, I have always been a quiet introvert at my core. I find my quietest moments in the simple joy of journaling, the stillness of a nature walk, the melody of a favorite song, or the deep immersion of a good book.

My path here was never a straight line. I've lived through seasons where life felt heavy and loud, crowded by my own doubts and negative voices. In those harder moments, I reached for a notebook. I found that when I sat down with my pens and a blank page, that overwhelm started to lift. It wasn’t about being perfectly organized; it was about turning out the noise and reclaiming my peace.
